Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).

Orders placed after 2:00 PM (UK time) will usually be processed the next working day.

During busy periods (product launches, promotions, seasonal demand), processing times may be slightly extended — we’ll always keep you informed.


UK Shipping

We ship throughout the United Kingdom.

  • Standard UK Delivery
    Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days after dispatch

  • Tracked UK Delivery
    Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days after dispatch
    Tracking details are emailed once your order ships

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected delivery option.


International Shipping

We also offer international shipping to selected countries.

  • International Tracked Delivery
    Estimated delivery: 5–14 business days after dispatch
    (Times may vary depending on destination and customs processing)

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Please note:

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer

  • We are unable to advise on or reimburse customs fees

We recommend checking your local import regulations before ordering, especially for supplements.


Dispatch & Carriers

Orders are dispatched using trusted carriers such as Royal Mail or equivalent international tracked services.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timelines are managed by the carrier, but we’re always happy to assist if issues arise.


Order Tracking

For tracked services, you’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order leaves our facility.

If you haven’t received tracking information within 2 business days, please contact us.


Delivery Issues

If your order:

  • hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe

  • arrives damaged

  • is missing items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

We cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.


Restricted Destinations & Products

If an order cannot be fulfilled due to shipping or regulatory restrictions, we will contact you and issue a refund where appropriate.
